What We Can Help Source

Special ordering is useful when a project calls for an uncommon size, finish, quantity, or configuration. Common requests include fasteners, repair parts, plumbing fittings, electrical components, door hardware, tools, and project supplies.

If the item belongs in a department we carry, that department is a good place to start. Our Hardware & Fasteners department can help with uncommon threads, sizes, materials, and finishes. Not every item is available through our suppliers. We will check the specifications and tell you what can be ordered before you commit.

Availability and arrival time depend on the item and supplier. We will give you the information available for that order, but we do not promise a standard turnaround time for every product.
