Residential and Commercial Rekeying
Rekeying keeps your existing locks and changes the pins inside so every old key stops working. It's the standard move after you buy a house, end a lease, change staff, or lose track of who has a copy. It costs less than replacing the hardware, and most residential rekeys are done at the counter while you wait.
In-store rekeying runs approximately $12 per cylinder, plus $5 per key. Ask at the counter for a quote on your specific job.

Lock Installation
We stock deadbolts, knob and lever sets, mortise locks, push-bar exit devices, and electronic keypad locks. Staff can help you match new hardware to an existing door, keep finishes consistent across a house, and key a new lock to a key you already carry so you don't end up with another key on the ring.
Master Key Systems
A master key system lets you control access door by door, floor by floor, or building by building. A maintenance staffer opens every unit; a tenant opens only their own. Laying one out takes planning, and a system designed wrong is a problem you live with for years, so it's worth talking through with someone who has built them before. Key Cutting and Cut-to-Code Keys
We cut and duplicate house keys, padlock keys, mailbox keys, cabinet keys, and motorcycle keys while you wait. If you have no original to copy from, cut-to-code service works from the lock itself or from a code, so bring whatever identifying information you have.

Is it cheaper to bring my lock in than to have a locksmith come out?

Should I rekey my locks or replace them?

Most of our locksmith work is done in-store, and it's usually quickest to bring the lock or cylinder to the counter. However our technicians do perform on-site work, especially for commercial jobs.

Often, yes, through cut-to-code service. Bring whatever identifying information you have, such as the lock brand, the key code, or the lock itself.
